This beer is named after Fimafeng, one of Ægir’s servants referred to as “the fast one” when Ægir invited the gods to his undersea hall for a celebration. The beer is a light and strong Belgian Trippel, aged in oak barrels for several months before bottling. Accompanies traditional Christmas food well, along with strong cheeses and even desserts. Recommended serving temp. 6-8˚C.
